This sub style of Embodied Dance includes a series of classes and concepts that focus on preparing / warming up the body for training / movement / performances, opening the body for energetic alignment and preventing injury. Performing for more than 25 years, Daniel has gained incredible personal insight on how to open the body and prepare efficiently and effectively for high level performances and trainings. These classes also deep dive into the methodology for opening the body's energetic channels to inspire creativity, connection & fluidity.
